Dmitry Vasilievich Arsenyev (1728–1807) – Aleksin landowner. From 1747 – adjutant of the Arkhangelsk Regiment. Empress Empress Elizabeth Petrovna, who has repeatedly sent him with secret assignments. In 1764-promoted to colonels, in 1771-to Major General, then he became a member of the St. Petersburg English Club. In 1775 he was present during the reception of Catherine II of the Turkish ambassador in the Granovite Chamber in Moscow on the occasion of the conclusion of the world. In 1781–1783 he was the Tula provincial leader of the nobility. According to a. T. Bolotov, “known to all of Russia in his high and great growth”. He was married to Praskovya Alexandrovna Kashperova (1734–1803). Dated by the shape of a hairstyle. It was believed that Arsenyev was depicted in the uniform of the foreman of army artillery. Since the portrait is not depicted on the portrait, it is difficult to say in what uniform the portrait is depicted: the foreman or the major general. The uniforms of the foreman and Major General are distinguished by embroidery on scurry.
