The artist is Delabart
Another name for the picture is “View of the village of Kolomensky near Moscow at sunrise”.
The village of Kolomenskoye was especially revered by Russian emperors as a place related to the history of Peter I. Emperor Pavel, after coronation, also visited Kolomenskoye on April 20, 1797, did not stay here for long, and ordered the artist Delabart to write a form of terrain.
The bend of the Moscow River from the hill is depicted, on which until 1768 stood the Old Kolomensky Palace. By order of Catherine, a new palace was built in Kolomensky, but it is not intentionally depicted by the artist.
